What types of robots are supported?
Currently, two types of robots are supported:
- Fair innovation (FR 5/FR 10)- Hypeclip- PhoPrint- Dobot- Universal robotics (UR 5/UR 10)

Wired connection for GoPro cameras 11, 12, 13 are currently supported.
Wired connection for Canon R8, Canon R6 Mark II and Canon R5 Mark II are currently supported.
Wired connection for Sony FX3 is currently supported.Which of supported cameras do you recommend?
It all depends on your budget. Approximate cost of cameras is:
1. GoPro - 500$ (240 fps max)2. Canon R6 Mark II - 2000$ + the lens 2000$ (180 fps max)3. Canon R5 Mark II - 4500$ + the lens 2000$ (240 fps max)4. Sony FX3 - 3500$ + the lens 2000$ (240 fps max)Can I connect an additional monitor so that the person being filmed can see the countdown?
Yes, you can connect an additional monitor using an HDMI cable.
And then with the "Open User Screen" button in the software, you can expand the screen for the user.
What computer is better to work with?
We recommend using a modern Windows based gaming laptop (for example: Asus Tuf Gaming, Asus Rog, or Lenovo Legion).
The laptop must have an Nvidia graphics card (recommended).Can I transfer my license from one computer to another?
Yes.
You can transfer the license to another computer by deactivating your key in the "Activation" tab.How soon will I receive the activation key after purchase?
Usually, the buyer receives the activation key within 24 hours after making the purchase.
If for some reason you did not receive the key, please write to us.How can i share the created videos with guests?
You can use any sharing program you are familiar with. Any program that can monitor a folder will work.
